Our famous cassoulet to take away

Do you like our cassoulet and want to introduce it to your family and friends at home? Our takeaway cassoulet is THE solution. It is prepared under the same conditions and with the same ingredients (Castelnaudary IGP beans, local pork and duck meat) as when it is served on site.

We suggest you reserve your cassoulet to take away at the price of € 15 per portion.

It will be served to you in a casserole dish called "cassole", just like in the restaurant. Thie dish is made in an artisanal and traditional way by the famous NOT Pottery, at Mas Saintes Puelles on the banks of the Canal du Midi. A refundable deposit of €10 to €40/ cassole will be required (depending on size).

You can take it hot or cold depending on your preference, from Tuesday to Sunday lunchtime. You will be given all the instructions to enjoy it like in a restaurant!

Contact us at least 2 days in advance to reserve it and come and pick up your cassoulet, 2022 World Champion at the Auberge du Poids Public at a time that suits you.

Festive Takeaway Meals – Christmas & New Year

To celebrate the festive season with peace of mind, the Auberge du Poids Public offers a refined selection of Christmas and New Year's Eve takeaway meals. Savour the best of our cuisine: homemade foie gras, festive poultry, exceptional cassoulet, gourmet desserts... Authentic recipes, prepared with local produce and the expertise of our Head Chef. Orders must be placed by telephone at least 7 days in advance and can be collected from the Auberge between the morning of 24 December and the morning of 1 January.

Enjoy a festive meal ready to eat and share a warm moment with your loved ones, without stress and without preparation.

 

Catering for your events

The Auberge du Poids Public catering team can travel for your private or professional event to the reception venue of your choice.
