Cancellation

Free cancellation until 00:00, 2 day(s) before your arrival

In case of cancellation after this time, or no show at the hotel, the first night will be charged.

1. FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS :

RESERVATION

To be firm and definitive, any reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card number accompanied by its expiry date. We reserve the right to charge a deposit according to the scale below:

  • The equivalent of 30% of your entire stay (reserved services), but at least 1 night.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

The total amount of the deposit mentioned in the “Reservation” paragraph will be retained as follows:

The cancellation deadline is a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date at noon. No penalty will be applied if the cancellation is notified to us by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If we receive the cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be returned.

We reserve the right to collect the deposit, and inform the customer in advance. In the absence of a deposit, we ask for the credit card number as a guarantee. In the event of a cancellation or no-show giving rise to the application of a penalty, we automatically debit the credit card for the amount of the aforementioned deposit (minimum 1 night).

SHORTENED STAY

Beyond the cancellation period or after your arrival, if you have to shorten your stay, you will be charged at least one night or 50% of the remaining length of your stay.

For any reservation made as a package (breakfast, half-board or other packages), services which are not consumed will not be subject to any refund on the entire package.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

Each reservation of 5 rooms or more will be considered a group reservation. Specific conditions apply and a quote will be established by the hotel. Upon confirmation we will ask you for a 30% deposit payment upon reservation and a 20% deposit payment, two months before the arrival date. Deposits will not be refundable.

 

2. NON-FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS :

RESERVATION

To be firm and definitive, all reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number and expiry date. 100% of the total cost of the booking will be deducted to confirm the booking. Reservations cannot be changed.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

In the event of cancellation, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged, and the same amount will be charged for no-shows. No refunds will be made.

Gourmet buffet breakfast

Buffet breakfast is available every morning from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends. Breakfast can also be served in your room according to your convenience.

Wake up pleasantly with a buffet giving priority to homemade products (bread, brioches and cakes, jams by our pastry chef Mikaël) and local products (flour for making bread and cakes, honey, yogurts and cheeses from the Ferme de Cabriole, located in the town of Saint Félix Lauragais, eggs). This buffet will be offered to you every morning allowing you to compose your breakfast according to your tastes and desires of the moment. It is likely to change according to the seasons (fresh seasonal fruits), your desires and arrivals, the short circuit being favored. It is a perfect mix of savory, sweet, classic, homemade and local references. There is something for everyone, to delight young and old alike.

On the menu

On the drinks menu, you will have plenty of time to squeeze your fresh orange juice or taste apple juice from our favorite organic producer, to discover our wide choice of teas (loose or in bags), to enjoy your coffee from CAFE RICHARD or the creaminess of our hot chocolates.

You will enjoy pastries, breads, rusks, homemade jams, honey from our producer Joseph LUX locally, fresh fruit, various dairy products or compotes, brioche, pancakes, cereals, dried fruits, without forgetting the essentials for the little ones. -lunches for children.

As for the savory, you can taste cheese from our region and cold meats carefully selected by our Chef. Eggs can be served upon request.

Pets are welcome at the Auberge du Cadeau Public but we charge an additional €6 per day. They must be kept on a leash in the hotel and their owner will be held responsible for any damage. We do not allow more than 2 animals in the rooms and they cannot be left alone in the rooms in order to avoid any damage. In addition, for reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to allow animals to climb on beds as well as armchairs or sofas. A cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the pet supplement if the condition of the room requires additional cleaning time.

RESTAURANT AND BREAKFAST HOURS

Breakfast 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. weekends and public holidays (buffet). For breakfast served in your room, please notify reception the day before.

Lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Dinner 7:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

We advise you to reserve your table in advance with reception or our restaurant team. Our restaurant is open from Tuesday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime (closed Sunday evening and Monday lunchtime and evening). In July and August, our restaurant is also open on Mondays (closed on Sunday evenings only). We can offer you a meal tray served in your room on Monday evening (€25 per person). No catering possible on Sunday evening.

Exceptional closure: 1 Sunday per month

 

LOCAL TAXES

Our rates exclude local tourist tax, which is €1,27 per person per night (in 2024/ subject to change).

 

TIPS

Tips for our staff are at the discretion of our customers.

 

TOBACCO

Smoking is prohibited in our entire establishment (rooms, private apartment, restaurant, bar and any public space included). A deodorization fee of €500 will be charged in the event of a smoke odor in the room/apartment.

 

PARKING AND VEHICLES

Public parking spaces are available on site (reservations are not possible). We accept no responsibility for theft or damage to parked vehicles. We also provide 2 charging points for electric vehicles. 

 

PETS

Pets are welcome at the Auberge du Cadeau Public but we charge a supplement of €6 per day. They must be kept on a leash in the hotel and their owner will be held responsible for any damage. ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE

When you book, our reception team can also advise you on local activities, events and entertainment.

 

DAMAGE AND OBJECTS TAKEN

We will be obliged to charge for any damage made by the customer to his room or theft of an object belonging to the hotel observed before or after departure.

 

FORGOTTEN ITEMS

For any item forgotten after your departure, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

DISABLED

Our establishment is unfortunately not suitable for people with a motor disability (by way of derogation article 17 of the decree of April 20, 2017 + appendix 2 – “There is no obligation for an adapted room for establishments of less than 10 rooms, none of which are located on the ground floor or on a floor accessible by elevator. Indeed, all our rooms are located on the 1st floor, without elevator.

 

EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION:

If upon arrival of the client, there are no rooms available at the hotel, or in the event of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to provide accommodation outside in the best possible conditions. . In this case, the costs inherent to the transfer will remain the responsibility of the hotel and customers will not be able to claim any compensation of any kind or for any reason whatsoever. The hotel may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it finds itself unable to fulfill them due to the occurrence of an event independent of its will or beyond its control, as well as in case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the hotel, strike, disaster, fire, internal or external technical accident and generally in the event of any event not allowing the proper execution of the service.
