Our courses for adults
Céline Taffarello and the Chef, Philippe Jeansing offer you a cooking class for adults once or twice a month. You will cook a dish and a dessert with seasonal products or they will reveal the recipe for the Cassoulet de l'auberge, World Champion Cassoulet of Toulouse 2022.
You will learn cooking techniques and the use of fresh produce. The course lasts 2 hours, from 3:00 p.m., in the kitchens of the AUBERGE DU POIDS PUBLIC. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 people per course. Possibility of private lessons on request and availability (minimum 6 people).
